Do you accept insurance?

No. Salutogenix PC is not credentialed with private health insurers, Medicare or Medicaid. We have intentionally decided not to contract with insurances so that we may focus on what is best for your care without the restrictions that may be otherwise imposed. We encourage our patients to utilize their HSA/ FSA accounts (if available) to maximize tax savings. This is a private practice that is cash-based and payment is expected at the time of service.

Can all appointments be conducted virtually?

In order for a new patient to establish care, the first visit called the Foundational Assessment is required in person. Follow up visits may be conducted via telemedicine, however, we require an in-office visit once a year. The cost for an in-person and telemedicine visit is the same

Can Dr. Bialas be my primary care doctor?

Are labs included in the visit fees?

Labs are not included. Some of the lab tests may be covered by your insurance but that is not guaranteed and depends on your coverage. Highly specialized tests are typically not covered by insurance.

Will all the tests be done at once?

Your individualized biomarker panel is created during the first visit based on your history and first assessment. We take a step-wise approach and order the tests strategically to give us the information that matters the most based on your individualized case

Can I order the tests myself without seeing the doctor?

We have partnered with Rupa Labs to provide you with the capability of ordering the tests yourself. Ordering a test does not create a physician-patient relationship. If we did not order these tests, we are not responsible for the results. Please consult with a physician before you implement any changes that may be suggested by the results.

Is complete resolution of symptoms guaranteed?

Vast majority of patients improve in 3 to 6 months if they are committed to the prescribed plan. Some may experience complete resolution of symptoms but that cannot be guaranteed

Can I buy supplements from Salutogenix?

We have partnered with Fullscript - an online distributor of medical-grade supplements - where you can buy them at a discount compared to retail prices you would pay elsewhere. We recommend them because they adhere to high standards. Please note that we do not monitor individual orders and ordering supplements from this site does not create a physician-patient relationship. We provide this as a convenience to you. Please consult a physician before making any decisions regarding medical interventions or lifestyle changes.
